“You send emails with discounts but then when you get to check out, the discount either changes to a smaller discount or your shipping rates increase when you do get a better discount for the exact same banner!! Kind of a scam. Offer a high discount but then increase the shipping rate to cover the discount. Unacceptable.”

“I had questions about the dimensions of the product and went to an online chat yesterday. The attendant was unhelpful and acted as if I had done something to upset her. She did not know the answers to my questions and then repeatedly asked "is there anything else?". I gave up and left. Today I called the 877 number and the recording said I should not wait but they would hold my place in line and call me back. Four hours later they never called, so I called again, waited nearly 10 minutes and finally got someone to answer my questions.”

“Your website is very "glitchy" this time. Took a long time to get a very basic banner designed and to checkout. I bought banners from you in the past and had a much better experience and the quality was very good. Hopefully the quality has stayed the same!”

“Difficulty in designing my banner the way I want. I was limited to editing the font size for all font not a specific font. I wanted the top writting of the sign to be larger than the other letters on the sign.”
