“Design features are limited and cumbersome, please consider allowing more control of elements (height and width independently), finer snap adjustments to allow for more specific placement, more fonts, ability to set italic and bold on all fonts, include stored design folder for account upon login.”

“have made several orders with you guys. but i got to say that what i saw today wasnt cool i first started with 45% off and the total was 104 for the banner. then i got an email for another 5% off, im like ok - but when i went thru the process again, the total was 103 and some change?? yea, you raised the shipping 5 bucks? what happened - same shipping address on first checkout.”

“I have been trying to get this banner done for weeks now. Please explain to me what is the point of creating an account and saving the design, if you come back to it, for it not to be there? I also don't like the fact that I received an email for 55% off and after completing my design I could get the order for that discount. The final decision will be the quality or how satisfied I am with the finished product. I will change my review accordingly, after the banner get here.”

“When I went to pay, shipping said by 3/2/23. Then I paid, and my receipt says should be delivered by 3/3/23. I wouldn't have paid for this if I knew the shipping was going to take another day.”

“The first girl who I spoke to was curt and clearly not patient... Then when I first went to the site it stated, "FREE" shipping. That was in fact not the case. The realty is shipping is $19.29 and you choose to call it RUSHED shipping. That is not a rushed shipping. Think of this: 5-6 days is rushed and 7-9 is standrad? Really, c'mon... It is misleading and unfair by all accounts. I paid anyway as I have little time to start this procedure over so hoping the banner is the way I ordered. Not a lot of faith at this point and I don't excpet the banner anytime soon!”

“I purchase a lot of banners from you. You periodically send me a 55% off sale to my e-mail at: lyndenmark@aol.com. Whenever I try to place a banner order from that e-mail promo, it will not proceed past entering the banner size; ie proceeding to download section. This has happened several times. I end up going to the regular site, and paying more for the same banner. What's up?”
