“I had opened an email from your company that made it so difficult to get back to the better, original promotion I had. I had to clear my cache and research the web to find the better offer. It felt like a bait and switch, but once I found it I was able to order.”

“Wasn't happy to see that the system glitched and my original order had to be canceled....Put a lot of work into making my banners perfect, just to have to completely start over again...Really needed the banners by a specific date, now have to postpone plans..”

“Very upset that I am having to buy my banners twice now because I never got sent the correct ones. I have never had trouble with this company, so I never thought to look at the banners whenever they came in. I bought 4 banners and only received one and it wasn't even correct. Very frustrating since I was supposed to be hanging my banners up tomorrow.”

“While the staff was friendly, this was a bad first experience and I’m hesitant to order here again. The delivery date passed, so I called to inquire and was told the machine broke. I called later that week to learn that the banner was not yet printed and it would not arrive in time for our event.”
