“The prices was $67 but when checking out it was over $100 ???? I went ahead with the order because I spent so much time creating the banner. Disappointed with the change in price as advertised.”

“I placed a previous order on 4/16, with it noted on the site that it will ship in 24 hours and a (needed) delivery date of 4/25. Pacific Little League day is coming up, and BANNERS ON THE CHEAP was recommended by other teams as being professional”

“I had to completely recreate my banner to get the correct % discount applied to my cart. (super time consuming) Your customer service person had no idea how to help me accept to tell me to start over. If I wasn't doing this for another group I would have cancelled and gone elsewhere.”

“Your website would NOT let me place my order in the cart. I called your help line and was told they can't figure out why it won't go in the cart. Therefore, I had to re-create the design. NOT a good way to get or retain customers. Also, your shipping charges are way too high. Most online orders ship free or for low cost. You need to review this and find a consultant to help you figure out ways to lower your shipping costs, if you can't figure it out. Another suggestion: ask some of your employees how to reduce shipping. I'm sure they can make some great suggestions.”

“Your checkout flow is terrible. It doesn't accept any credit cards. ("unknown error"). And it overwrites the shipping and billing addresses at the end, so they're wrong no matter what I do.”

“I had opened an email from your company that made it so difficult to get back to the better, original promotion I had. I had to clear my cache and research the web to find the better offer. It felt like a bait and switch, but once I found it I was able to order.”
