“Credit card info was very difficult to use would not receive card info took about 5 times. Changed to another cc had to repeat the same information several times.”

“I feel like this was a bit of a bait and switch, price seems affordable then you take the time to design it only to find out at check out about all the extras so I was expecting to be spending about $40 but with shipping ended up at $60! If I would of had more time to start over with a different vendor I would have.”

“Your website is difficult to use in that the font adaptions move from where you place the cursor and the centering doesn't center. Creating banners takes much longer than necessary due to the need to amend the failings of the design aspects of the site.”

“I could not reorder from a previous design and your email seemed to indicate that I should proceed to checkout but it wouldn't let me. Your on-line service people were less than helpful, especially to a returning customer. I know it's not the largest banner order you've ever had but it is important to us. Perhaps they were having a bad day, and I understand everyone does from time to time. Your emails were the issue. It keep telling me to complete my order but evidently I needed to refresh my previous design. Thanks for listening.”

“Bait and switch on pricing. Items were 50% off in cart when I started. After I edited the image, price ended up going to 32% off. Not sure why the change. It was all within the same hour. Also, difficult to change the size of the banner after image/artwork was started.”

“Ordering process was very difficult. Designed, then saved, but when I tried to order from "Save Design" email confirmation, I could not. Called and service rep did not know what was going on - "maybe a glitch in the system". Had to once again, start from scratch to order. This should not happen!!”
