“The site wouldn't allow me to add my previously saved design to my cart. I called and the person wasn't able to help saying it was my browser which didn't make sense because I was able to successfully order after redesigning the whole thing. Then when I checked out, someone else's info was already entered in the shipping fields, so strange and makes me question the security of your site.”

“I'm less than pleased that the shipping amount changed for the exact same item depending on the coupon/link I used. The more I saved the higher the shipping went. I consider this very deceptive and will think twice before using you again.”
