“I didn’t want to leave any feedback tbh. I understand things happen but when the same exact thing happens exactly a week later then something needs to be said. Banners are great if you get them on time!!! Be careful with these guys. “Ships in 24 hours” is far from the truth. Ordered “Senior Night” banners on Wed 10/14 well before the “cutoff time” and paid $150 on overnight shipping. I even called before placing the order to make sure of the production time that they’ll be here on Friday which they confirmed. Banners should’ve been shipped on Thursday and delivered next day the 16th (day of event). Called Friday the 16th and they were not shippped. I got refunded and the banners were overnighted and received the day after they were needed. Handed the banners to the clients, apologized again and refunded all of their money. I made $0. Fast forward to Tuesday 10/20. Ordered the “Senior Night” banners for the boys game for Friday 10/23 (tonight). Called and talked to them on Tuesday to confirm delivery. They knew my situation the week before and a manager (Chris) even said it would be taken care of so I assumed they weren’t going make the mistake again. Mind you this week I gave them an extra day with Overnight shipping which should’ve received yesterday. I got the “you’re order has been shipped” WEDNESDAY night! It is now Friday (Day of the game) and the tracking only says “label was created” (1 day and a half ago). So basically, the package was sitting at the facility Wednesday night and all day yesterday(Thursday) and still didn’t go out? How does that make sense???!!!! I honestly could not have done anything else to prevent this except fly to Texas and literally watch them print them, pack them up, sticker the box and hand it to the fedex guy. That’s the only other thing I could’ve done. If these were for me then it wouldn’t be as much if an issue but I have to go back to my clients a 2nd week in a row and tell them that they won’t have them for tonight. Plus I will have refund them and make $0 again! All I got from Dave (manager) was that “I should’ve placed my order earlier”?!?!? Now why would I need to do that when I gave them 48 hours instead of the 24 hours that they love to advertise. Also, why would that be an issue when I called the day I placed the order to confirm the delivery date was ok. If they said anything else I would’ve said forget it and told my clients it was too late and they would’ve had plenty of time to come up with other arrangements. As of right now it’s been 5 hours and they still haven’t been able to confirm the package was actually given to FedEx. The game is in 4 hours and I’m suppose to meet the clients in 2 hours with the banners. This is a joke, I can’t even get a simple answer in 5 hours. I guess my clients can wait all day to get bad news and have to scramble.”

“I have used this site in the past without issue, I just ran across a situation where it increased shipping cost (2 day express) by $20.00 dollars within 10 minutes of submitting the order the 1st time, reviewing it and resubmitting the order the 2nd time.”

“the shipping charges changed multiple times i had to ship to a friend because your site would not take my address i called multiple times and you helpline kept giving another reason it was not working but gave no solution”
