“Angel has the WORST customer service EVER! She told our school to "go somewhere else to order" since the company could not get the tax off. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!”

“Called at least 6 times to verify resolution with art department. Told would get a call back. Never did. If banner not acceptable I will have credit card charge reversed.”

“Customer service is terrible. Ordered late on a Sunday night (the day before MLK Day) I needed to cancel the order because the client needed it sooner than they could get it to me, so first thing Monday AM i called (they were closed because of the holiday, understandably). I emailed their customer service team and received an email back saying a ticket was created and it was being taken care of. I called Tuesday when they were open to confirm and they said the order was completed and I would have to pay a waste fee. I said there is no way the order should have/could have been completed as I cancelled it within hours of placing it. She said their production team works 24/7; to which I asked what good that is if their customer service team isn't in direct communication with them to update orders. Long story long...if you need a cheap ass banner and don't care about service, order from them. If you have any issue with your order or need something done, shop elsewhere”

“Received emails about 40% off sale on banners, however the price at check out was the same prices as several weeks ago when there was not any promotion happening. Have purchased from Banners on the Cheap a great deal over the years, however, may have to look elsewhere in the future.”

“Ordered banners on Nov. 24 that were supposed to arrive on Dec. 3rd. Got email showing shipped on Dec 1st and won't arrive till Dec. 8th. Needed them for event on the 6th. Customer service won't respond. Waste of my time and money. Don't believe their 24hr shipping hype. Support a local company. Now no banners for event.”

“If you need expedited shipping, do not count on what the customer service representatives tell you, your order won’t make it in time. I now have a banner that is still in the box and have no use for it. Order far in advance or don’t order at all.”
