“been trying to make this banner for a month. The graphics are terrible. Not very user friendly on tablet. My design was erasesd several times. Then, thought this would cost me $25, and now over $50. Not cool”

“Sent the wrong banner, customer service telephone was a very long wait, then customer service person asked me to call back they would be open for another hour, I call back in 2 minutes and you were closed, waited all weekend to call back then I found out it takes 14 days to refund ....... 14 days.......that stinks! No coupon code or free shipping offered for the inconvenience. Awful! I hope the banner is worth trying you again!”

“Scam Company! Website is a bait and switch, shipping is 1950 times, then they spam you non-stop with garbage even after you unsubscribe, I had to enter them into my spam filter and auto delete them because of so much unwanted spam! DO NOT USE THIS SITE! You have been WARNED! Scam Bait and switch site! Way over priced, $50 dollar shipping cost on $47 order. FFS!”

“Trying to place this order using my credit card (which is on account) for two weeks and website does not allow you to enter that information in and assuming that you already have it, it will not process order. In chat with Shonda, she said you were experiencing trouble with your website. Fix it. I needed this banner for real estate sale.”

“A wonderful sales girl helped me tremendously. I don't remember her name though. I tried to call back to make small change before order was placed. Not knowing her name, they gave me Matt, who was the absolute worst customer service guy EVER!!! He proceeded to tell me that sales lady must be NEW because SHE tried to HELP TOO MUCH!!! THAT WAS SEVERAL WEEKS AGO AND I AM ONLY PLACING THIS ORDER BECAUSE OF ORIGINAL SALES LADY. MATT WAS AWEFUL. Been buying from you for years. Pls don't disappoint.”
