“Unless you plan 30 days plus out for your banner need _ DO NOT USE! Ordered on 6/22 expecting to receive by 7/3 and received and email on 7/1 that the banner would arrive by 7/8 (well after our event). They advertise that it ships within 1-2 business days. that is NOT the case....... On a positive - I am told I will be refunded. however, it was two large banners and the focal point for our twins graduation party.”

“Design and ordering was pretty easy because this is my second time ordering and designing through this website. My first experience was awesome, I got what I personally designed using the template, the color choice was the same. But this time, I didn’t get the background color I choose, I was given something else. Am totally dissatisfied with this order. I have written via email and also called via phone complaining about this issue but till date, nothing has actually been resolved.”

“I cancelled this order two times! I received it on 6/10. My sons graduation was 5/16 and when I ordered it I got a message saying you could not print because resolution was not good. I cancelled the order and bought something else. I want my money back!”

“We still do not have the banner. Paid for rush delivery. On site was promised (with extra fee) would be received by 5/20 After order placed, email said will receive 6/2 (already past date needed) Still do not have on 6/10 My boss is angry Expects banner rushed and refund”

“Design was great. The employee on the phone was great. Expedited Shipping and processing for $70.00 is a joke and a RIP off. The banner arrived 3 days after the day I was quoted.”

“Design/ordering was fine. Immediately received email that resolution was low and submitted new photo within 45 minutes. No word for 8 days. Emailed 3 times asking if 2nd photo would work. 8 days later I receive shipping confirmation. Item to arrive 2 days after event. Did receive a credit, but the lack of communication/8 day lapse is frustrating. Can't recommend unless you have a big lead time.”
