“I've reached out via email regarding the Shipping Cost. I paid $50 for Express Shipping, your group modified the order 2 days later to USPS Shipping, but did not refund the difference. Please respond to emails and refund the shipping difference. Thanks!”

“You get what you pay for.! Cheap price and even cheaper product. So disappointed! I already called and complained to a rep. Edges were scuffed so badly they looked torn. Picture on banner was pixelated. (My 8 yearly grandson even knows how to Convert an image to a vector) I’ll take my business elsewhere. If I could give no stars I would.”

“page was not easy to navigate. font change not there. banner was not made easy to design. webpage was a all around headache. i did this for my sisters birthday but if it had been for me i would have quit out of frustration. thank you.”

“I purchased some banners in 2019 for a Summer Program that I am in charge of, banners were great and we loved them. There was some changes to the sponsorship of the program this year so I needed to order new banners for this year. After I had the banner all designed and gotten approval from the other people involved. I tried to purchase the needed banners only to discover I could not not because I am not in the US. I called your customer service centre twice the first time I was told it was a glitch in the new website and was being worked on to be fixed. The second time I called I was told you no longer ship to Canada. So why are you continuing to send emails to me telling me about your great deals when I am not even able to purchase your product?”

“It was very difficult to organize this banner over my phone. I have an iPhone 11 promax, and I still had in enormous trouble. I just hope the banner comes out great”

“Design seemed to go okay, as did checkout. But package did not arrive. Ever. Email inquiry was acknowledged as to receipt, but never anything more. Calling in was a nightmare. After hours voicemail did not accept incoming messages. Had to leave number 3 times. Disconnected twice and they never called back. Was finally able to cancel order and get refund. But not getting the banner was a huge disappointment and nearly ruined the event for which it was ordered.”

“It took close to a month to get, and after I sent new files you still used the old logo. My banner is so horrible I can't use. Even after talking to someone on the phone, the order was not correct. First time having issues as in the past things went smoothly. No such luck this time”
