“Very disappointing. Banner came spotted and picture was very poor quality on the banner. Also, came a day later than it said it would and was not there in time for the event.”

“Received the banner. Was not happy with design. Called in for refund and was placed on hold and promised that refund would be sent. Almost a week now and no refund. I will not use the banner and won't be using this company again.”

“Their two day shipping does NOT actually mean two day shipping. Totally not worth paying all that extra money (which they won’t give back when your banner comes late)!”

“Design experience was good. Took a little time, but worked out. However, the 2 banners I ordered came in wrong. They had grommets, though specified without grommets. I called, got replacements ordered. Replacement was somebody's high school graduation banner. I called, got replacements ordered. Replacements came WITH GROMMETS, AGAIN! I gave up after those 3 attempts over 3 weeks and cancelled my order. The banners were good quality, promptly made, fair price, and the customer service reps I spoke with on the phone were all very good or excellent. But the production and shipping departments really dropped the ball. 3 times unacceptable.”

“HORRIBLE!!! Ordered a banner on May 2nd with a delivery date of May 12. They had a question on the resolution to which I responded same day to go ahead with the order. No communication following that. On May 13 I get an email stating it was released back to printing and would be delivered May 21. This was for my daughters college graduation and sorry, but that is happening today on May 16th. Due to their inept ability at customer service I was left with NO Banner due to the time frame. Couldn't even order in time from any where else. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN! Absolutely no excuse from their side for missing a once in a lifetime experience.”

“So the design and fee were good but sadly we didn't receive the correct banner. We received another order. Customer Service was HORRIBLE!!! Gentleman I spoke with in the evening lied about company being able to fix the problem. He said we should not be worried and it would be taken care of - he assured us we would receive the correct banner within 2 days with arrival on Saturday. When I followed up the following day - it was furthest from the truth. Our case was still to be investigated and had not been logged in properly. Additionally the banner would not be available until sometime the end of the following week. We ordered the banner to celebrate our daughters Covid Colllege Graduation on Saturday. The truly upsetting part is the blatant lie we were told when we placed the initial inquiry. I understand that things happen and sometimes the best laid plans don't work out well. He should have NEVER lied - that is not a good Customer Service practice. It only makes the situation worse. So never again and I'd never recommend this site. You get what you pay for. I was able to get a banner locally within 3 hours of ordering it. I'm not expecting this "complaint" to be addressed in any manner whatsoever but at least I've expressed my disappointment.”

“trying to put name on the banner in ways it doesn't cover the words via internet was hard. Banner came without stakes to put on yard lawn. Nor were there sticky on back so I can easily tape on glass window”

“bad ux. shouldn't have to input email repeatedly to save. changing sizes was confusing as image kept reducing in size. wanted to remove item from cart and it wouldn't remove without refreshing twice. hitting back button causes loss of work. had to repeat my work. this was really a pain and had to repeat my work 3 times wouldn't use it again.”

“It was awful. I have never dealt with a more inept business. After five calls and a chat online the banner never arrived. My daughter’s graduation day came and went without it. Not paying for it! Worst experience ever!”

“I plan to call tomorrow. The ordering process was easy. The banner is nice. But we only hung it for 3 hours on my window and it has rips and cuts in several places. I know the name says cheap but never expected that!”

“This was the worst experience of customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered a banner for my daughter's graduation. She had no ceremony due to Covid 19. We tried to make her day special by designing a large banner for her. I ordered it two weeks in advance and I was told by three people it was on the way. It never showed up and they could not trace it either. Totally inept and very unprofesssional. I would not waste my energy or money with this company. I would not even give them one star!!”
