“Received banner. No grommets as ordered. Called your office and I sent photos of banner received that had no banner. I called back Monday and left messages for someone to call me to fix and change banner and no one has returned my calls”

“this is a re-order, tried using your chat/text as I ordered before hours, wanted to double original and maybe save shipping, never received call or text I had to enter a second order and am paying high dollar shipping as the first order is on floor being produced and you cant make a double order - too late , I am not happy Ed”
