“Your shipping cost was almost as much as the cost of the banner. This was not disclosed until after the purchase was made. Very poor. Stealing, in my opinion.”

“This is the single most pixelated product I have ever seen. I submitted a second hi-res logo to use. It was not used. This only has a use as a tarp to stop paint from dripping.”

“These banners are wonderful, great visual and they check if you make a poor graphic choice and make suggestions to correct. The price is wonderful. Our small community annual Fair now has bright beautiful professional looking banners. Thanks”

“Design was great but the discount system is a scam. Had a email for %55 off email tried it then made the same banner on the %35 and it was the same price. Talked to a gentleman that was very nice and emailed him over the information stated above but never received a response. Have purchased several banners over several years but may not any more”

“This was my first order from Banners on The Cheap and it was awful. My banner was misprinted. Therefore I did not have a banner for my very important event. Banners on the cheap was not able to get me a new banner in time nor did they offer a discount on my next purchase (if I chose to use them again) I requested a full refund which I’m waiting to show on my credit card”

“I contacted customer service and have yet to receive a response. The quality is terrible and blurry. I would like for them to redo it or give me a refund and I will send it back. Would not recommend.”

“Vast price difference between my order last week and this week, discourages a return. especially shipping cost is doubled, shipping to same address. Didn't move double the distance :) I doubt UPS doubled the shipping cost in 6 days”
