“I ordered a double-sided banner for an event. The banner didn't make it in time for the event. The post office was unable to deliver and it was returned. I received no notification from Banners on the Cheap about the return. When I called and asked because I had a 2nd event and still needed the banner, they stated they would rush the delivery. I gave another address that would be the main office so that it would be easier to find hopefully. I called 3 days later because I had received no update email about the order. I was told the "claim" was denied and they wouldn't be sending it back out. Again, no notification. I told them to refund the amount and they said they could refund 75% of the total. After getting through to management, I did receive a full refund. Poor service, poor communication.”

“Please make sure 6 ft how wide 4 ft long but if you can not in your side 6ft x 6ft be better let me know if not 6 x 4 work thank you”

“The banner was supposed to be 24”x36”, but was 23”x33-3/4”. The side edges were folded over onto the back causing some wrinkling.”

“your payment aspect of your site is horrible. for two day and 3 calls to your company I could not get checked out. I ended up pay over $20 more for my purchase because your associates could not tell me I had to have my middle initial in my mailing address so that you would except me credit card!!! if you are going to set such strong guides on running a credit card you should train your customer service to tell people that. they had me download two different internet services before some one finally asked if i had a middle initial in on my credit card!!!”

“the photo sent you you was high definition that showed even the smallest detail. we are know for our custom bottles and the definition in the bottle did not come out after you printed the banner. also i expected a finished hem on all four side not taped. We wont be using your company again.”

“The color of the banner was NOT the same color that I ordered and I am working with Customer Support Team hoping that they can rectify the situation. I ordered an Ole Miss banner (red and blue) and the red was orange (looks lie Tennessee orange) and will not work.”

“Horrible. I reached out to customer service twice to make sure my order was what I wanted and no response. The banner came in and of course it wrong! I still haven’t received a response but they of course received my money. I do not recommend.”

“Website is a bit primitive. Shipping and customer service was nothing but mistakes. They sent me the wrong banner. Then when I spoke with them, they agreed to rush ship a replacement. It never arrived because they cancelled and refunded my order. No email, no notification of any sort. Obviously, no banner.”
