“the website claims they ship within 24hr well that's a huge lie. ordered product on Monday and as of Friday it is just now making it to the shipping dock. the whole reason i ordered the product is they ship within 24hrs don't order if you really need something in a tight turn around.”

“Horrible. I ordered a yellow background with black letters and received a yellow background with pale blue letters. I ordered it as a 2x3, which I wanted to be 3' long x 2' high, and I received a banner 2' long x 3' high.”

“Can't give them a good rating, as I ordered my banner 11 days ago and still havent received it. No answer from customer service. Event is coming up quickly. This was for our advertising and now will only be seen briefly which means less fundraising for boy scouts. Not happy.”

“I ordered 2 banners at the same time for an event. One 10x10 for the red carpet runway and a 2x4 for a welcome table. The order was supposed to be delivered 12/6. Then the delivery date changed to 12/9. My event was 12/10 and I never received my red carpet banner. It was a nightmare hundreds spent for nothing. Today is 12/12 and I still haven’t received my 10x10 banner.”

“Ordered for expedited delivery. I take responsibility for pics I submit and resolution, they held up making it and sent me email 6 minutes before they closed and now order cannot be delivered on time. The email said "multiple attempts" to contact, yet not ONE phone call and person on phone said only the automated messages went out. HORRIBLE customer service. I ordered it with my own images, if pic not perfect, that's on me. You didn't have the right to stop it with delivery in 3 days”

“When viewing banners larger they are still mini, too small to see any mistakes. Thus I am reordering 5 banners because the last 10 I ordered had a typo I couldn't see.”

“I paid extra for 12 grommets and was very particular about placement (5 evenly spaced along top and bottom and 3 on the left and right sides (top-middle- bottom). I verified the information twice but received a banner with 6 grommets on a 4x8 banner. It doesn't hang right on the frame. I paid $40 shipping and it came via USPS in a bent box. I will not use your company again.”

“The whole bottom 1/8 of the banner has wrinkles that wont come out..not pleased at all especially for nearly $50 banner. Otherwise your process and print quality look very nice. This was a test banner as a gift, and our club was going to order about 10 other banners. At this point we will source those elsewhere.”

“I ordered on 11/18 with the Black Friday special guaranteeing next day shipping, well that didnt happen even thought my order was placed before the 4pm cut off. As such the guaranteed delivery date of the 26th was not upheld, as I just received an email from UPS saying my delivery will be here on the 30th. They falsely advertised when they would ship ordered products and false delivery dates. I have not even recieved my signs and I am extremely disgruntled, the customer service staff is rude and basically told me there was not a problem even thought their clearly is. I will never order throught this company again. I had to spend twice as much to have my banners expeditiously printed elsewhere so I could have them on time for my event on the 27th . Very very disappointed with every aspect of this process. Can promise to never use this company again.”

“Not a real sale. 50% off and then triple the shipping. They just move the numbers around. $17.00 for a small poster costs $47.00 to ship. No way. Spent an hour designing one then the shipping price shows up....I deleted the whole project and went somewhere else.”

“When I placed my order it said the banner would have plastic tabs on the corners to hang it. It did not. I have no way to hang my banner.”
