“Very disappointed. I have used this company previously and was satisfied. However, I placed an order September 17 and still have not received my banner. Original arrival date was supposed to be 9/27. It never arrived. I emailed and called the company on 9/27 since the USPS tracking system said the shipment was cancelled due to suspicious package? When I spoke on phone with a company rep, she said a new banner would be created and shipped by Oct 4...well still not here???”

“Over night shipping became 6 days. After I submitted as "SHIP AS IS" the notification email they still had done nothing after 10 days. Then when I called and said "just ship it" expected delivery was going to be another 6 days. I have seversal other banners to be done but will find another company to do business with. Thet seem to make their money off the shipping which is more then the cost of the banner.”

“I have ordered many banners from Banners on the Cheap and never had an experience like the one I had most recently. Their website was not working for large uploads, they were unresponsive, I had to call many, many times with long waits, and in the end half of my banners did not arrive at the promised date and completely missed the event they were ordered for. If you are ordering one 3x6 banner and have time, I think this is a good choice. If you are ordered multiple banners or larger banners - I recommend paying the extra money and going somewhere else.”

“Awful printing of the banner. Waste of $35. Cheap, thin vinyl. My file must have been too small because it’s blurry. When ive ordered online before I’ve gotten a warning if they think the image will be blurry. But I got no feedback. I’m glad I only printed 1 out of the 15 banners that I need printed to test the quality. Now I know to go elsewhere”

“Easy, but I never received them. They were supposed to arrive on 25 September, but they didn't. I tried calling customer service 3 times. I sent an email with order number to support to attempt to track, but they didn't arrive and I didn't have them for my event.”

“Product is good but experience was bad and follow up has been terrible! I made it clear to everyone I spoke to that I needed the product delivered by 9/30 and was assured after the final art work was approved that would occur. If the deadline could NOT have been met, I could have provided an alternative shipping address but instead I received the order a day later than promised and was not able to use the banner at ALL. It's still in it's shipping box and will be collecting dust for a while. To make matters worst, I have still not received a response from last email several days ago where I explained this situation. Thanks Banners on the Cheap”
