When I ordered it said I had free rush delivery and my banners would be here within 2 days and I really needed them fast which is why I ordered through your company. Now it says they won’t be here until the 8th which is a week since I ordered them! Very disappointed and false advertising!!!

I found the designing of the banner easy. The prices reasonable for the quality. I found the customer service lacking. Customer service was unable to amend my order so it had to be cancelled and my charges credited which took over a week. I then had to place a new order to add the additional banner I needed. My order came without the corner tabs. They were not concerned in getting them to me as quickly as possible even though I was under time constraints. They shipped them via USPS and hoped they would arrive within a few days. They sent a shipping confirmation with tracking on UPS with an incorrect number. When I called to ask about the tracking they were unable to provide a correct tracking number and also when they would arrive for sure. Twice they even suggested they cancel the order for the corner tabs and let me figure it out by myself instead of expediting (overnight shipping) the order even though it was their error they were not shipped with the full order. It is a shame that customer service was so poor.

returns are non existent! My flag was advertised as 8 feet tall and it was barely six feet tall. I wanted to return but I was told I could not. I would have to find something wrong with the printing, take a photo and go to a special web link. The printing was not bright and I am sure they would have told me that's the way it is. I asked why advertise 8 ft when they are 6 ft and they said when installed on a pole they would be 8 ft. The banners did not come with a pole. Another thing if you do not order at the time you do your research the next day the flags go way up in price! Like a bait and switch experience. The flags are not cheap despite the name of the company and when you add in the deception the flags are overly expensive. Definitely will not buy again. I keep getting solicitation e-mails all most daily, will have to mark as spam.

I was under a deadline to to get 38 banners ordered. I needed them ordered on Monday September 23, 2019 in order to receive on time for homecoming gifts on Saturday, September 28. It took me an hour or more to get each of those banners in the cart. When I went to checkout, your website froze up on me and emptied my cart. I spent another hour or more repeating that process for the same thing to happen again. I clicked on your chat feature asking for assistance only to be greeted by an automatic response that your employees were unavailable at that time. After sitting on hold for several hours, I finally selected the number that corresponded with the option to get a call back. When the call back came, I answered on the first ring only for the line to go dead. My husband then took over calling customer service when he got home (an hour later) and was able to get someone on the line. That person, at first, Tried telling us that we would have to call back the next day because it was almost closing time. After a heated exchange from me about the importance of getting it ordered that day, he stayed on the line to assist us. We were told your system isn't capable of handling large banner orders through your website yet I had to have them all in the cart before he could help us. When it was finally done, it was after 10 pm. I had been fighting your website and on hold since 1 pm. 8 hours of my life that I will never get back. It should not be that difficult to place a banner order. Then to top it all off, when we inspected the final product that was delivered, I was disappointed yet AGAIN! I looked at each proof before placing into my cart, yet when the final product came, the banners did not match. The proofs showed that my custom designed images filled all the way to the edges. The product I received had a white border around the edges of my image. This is totally unacceptable. After sitting on hold for over an hour tonight, the rep informed us that they were unfinished photos which come with a border. When we began to question what that had to do with anything, he hung up on us. I run a photography business and order Sports banners constantly throughout the year and was hoping to do business with your company. After this experience, I am not sure that we will have a continued relationship.

Terrible! I paid a premium for 2-day shipping and when I received the UPS shipping tracking it said it was taking an additional day. I called and had the address changed and was assured it would arrive on Saturday at my trade show. When I finally tracked it down 2 days later, UPS said a Saturday delivery was not requested and the address was never changed by Banners on the Cheap. Very poor customer service!

I ordered a banner with expedited shipping, it was supposed to arrive Friday but did not come until the following Monday! This was very disappointing as I was able to use the banner for an event over that weekend. I should be reimbursed for shipping!! Will not order from here again.

Just OK. Prompt communication, but follow through was lacking. This caused delays in production, which ultimately lead to the banner not being delivered on time for our event. So basically, banner useless. Very poor service.

Great. But I am Very disappointed with your customer service. I called over a week ago and told customer service I had not received the plastic corners, that I had ordered and paid for, with my banners. I was assured they would be expedited to me and arrive by Wednesday of this week. Still no corners and another week without my banners up! Not happy.

After your customers invest their time designing their custom banner at what they believe to be a fair price, they are then gouged at check -out with a $46 dollar "mailing" charge? Yes, you got me this time because of time constraints but this will be my last order from Banners on the Cheap. How about a new name for your business -"Business on the Cheap - with Shipping out of this World"

I understand having low quality artwork and needing to improve it however Maurice was not helpful in any way shape or form in helping figure out what to do to fix my artwork in reality I found him rude and his only solution seemed to be pay you to redo everything.

The banner is wrong. There is suppose to be black lettering not gray.This banner has to be redone.

I wanted a vinyl material and was sent a cloth material. They didnt even offer to send me another with the correct material. I told them I wanted my money back and only got half back. Tried telling me I couldnt get money back on shipping which is fine but also told me I was charged for time because they said I never sent an email replying to there original email asking if we still wanted to go ahead with the printing even tho print may be a not 100% I emailed back and have proff that so called email to show I did email back. So disappointed in the customer service. Will not be re ordering

Design process was fine. Ordered a Fabric banner specifically and somehow order was changed to a “Premium banner”. Now I am out $100 and had to reorder what I needed.

Initial order slowed by incorrect proofs, delays. When I tried to upgrade to next day shipping, was assured that package would arrive before Saturday show. Needed banners on Friday. They arrived at my home on Saturday while show was in progress 5 miles away. These banners were late and went unused, thanks to delays by staff and inaccurate info from customer service. This ends a decade-long relationship between myself and botc.

I will not write a review and embarrass your company. I received my banner Wednesday and just opened it! This is the worst quality printing I have ever seen. All the lettering is pixilated, the colors are all muddy and flat. Someone had to see this before it was shipped! How could you let this out the door! How could you think this was an acceptable print? We will not be using you again. Lamont Awards & Apparel

Website was fine. Never got the banner when I called to check on the status is was told there was an artwork problem. They said they sent me an email on the 6th of September. I check inbox,deleted and spam - no email ever received. I would definitely not recommend your company.
