“My ordering experience couldn't have been made more difficult. I was told twice that they had received everything they needed for a tax-free order. I followed the instructions for ordering a large-file banner and it was still difficult. The girl who took my order was very difficult and rude at times. I've been ordering from you for three years and this experience was horrible. Management should try placing an order and getting tax-exempt status. They'd be surprised.”

“I received my banner today and I was so disappointed that it was not a step-and-repeat but just a single large logo in middle fabric. I'm quite sure it's my fault. That I didn't understand the design process. I guess I assumed that since it was a step-and-repeat banner that the logo that I uploaded would be repeated. My bad. So I guess my quest for a step-and-repeat Banner continues.”

“The ordering experience was bad. Simply bad. I uploaded my own artwork - and went to order the product. The shipping was over $50 for 1 banner. I could not figure out why (I had ordered SEVERAL banners from you in the last 2-3 weeks and the most I paid for shipping was $30 and that was for 2 or 3 banners) - SO - I opened a chat window. Nobody was in the office so I left an email hoping I'd get a response the next day. I didn't. I called - and without hesitation, without looking at the order or checking previous orders I was told that shipping prices change, they cannot discount shipping, I cannot choose a different shipper and if I don't like the price maybe I should just wait for a better sale. That was it. ZERO help and or explanation. I just wanted to know why the shipping was SO much more than it had been in the past. Your reps are either trained to tell the customer to go away, order later, etc. or are given zero training and have no customer service skills. Oh - I finally received an email reply to my chat request two days after I left the message. So - yeah - your prices are ok, but if shipping is going to be absurdly expensive like that with no reason as to why and your service is going to be non existent then saving $10 isn't really worth it. Thanks.”

“Horrible! I had to recreate my signs multiple times bc it wasn’t saving my work. The second customer service person said this is a problem they are aware of and happens a lot. The first had said he didn’t know why it was doing that and couldn’t help. The pricing is also not what I thought I was getting. I spoke with a rude lady to try and fix it but was not helped. Out of all the calls I had to make there was one knowledgeable person I felt with!”

“I was not able to upload my design, had to call and complete the order. My order wasn't confirmed correctly and was sent late and never made it in time for my event. I spoke to one person who was very helpful but the second person I spoke with who was supposed to confirm the order and send it to production didn't and it was days late.”

“The design was great but the color is not what I requested. I did receive an email in regards to my concerns. It stated if I am interested in a reprint I would have to pay for the reprint and the shipping? This is the best you can do, it was not my error on my part and you want me to pay for a reprint? Please let me know if this is the best you can do for me Thanks Liliani”
