The packaging was very poor. The banner was damaged during shipping, and was in unacceptable condition when it arrived.

Thought everything was good. Made two phone calls to be sure everything was set for a banner with a front and back. Two days later I log in to see that the order is on hold. Why? Because the production team wanted to make sure the banner order was correct. WHAT? I spent 30 minutes talking with your team during my order and wanted my banner to be shipped the next day, like your website says, and I was told would happen. No phone call to contact me. They say they sent an email - probably went to spam so of course I did not see it. Why would I order from you again if I need a banner quickly?

Not a good experience. Order 1 beside 2. I contacted them to order the other one they want to charge me another shipping when the order wasn't even shipped. very disappointed

First - that "Ships Tomorrow" is baloney! The banners I received were NOT the correct size and were listed as "unfinished" on the email invoice! What is an "unfinished" banner? HOW does someone order an "unfinished" banner ?? I assume that means the banners have no HEM on top or bottom, because the ones I received had NO HEM - top or bottom.! After 3-4 previous with you - this was quite a surprise! I called about the banners and got nothing but a long "song and dance" - not even YOUR sales assistant knew what an "unfinished" banner was. SO... -Wrong size -Not finished -No customer service Who wants to order from "this" ?? C'ya !!! Michael Gill Big Shot Fireworks

My order was not delivered on the date specified therefore the banners were useless! I should get a refund this error on your part costs me more money. I had to get a rush order from a local company that costs triple the amount. Not a happy customer

I will never order from this company again. While they provide a good quality product (based on previous orders), their customer service is awful. 1) I chatted with someone on the website to ask if there were any other options besides the OUTRAGEOUS $30+ shipping on a single tiny banner and they said no. A simple google search later revealed a promo code for $9.99 flat shipping ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE!! So there WAS another option that THEY provide, but I was denied during my questioning. 2) I tried uploading my image and it was too low resolution so I paid a 3rd party to create a high res version and it turned out too big! The customer service chat provided me with an upload link and then gave me incorrect instructions on how to place the order. ... which delayed the entire process by a few days. 3) After speaking on the phone with the art department to confirm they received everything they needed, I got a proof days later that needed alterations. I replied with the changes and even provided an example of how I wanted it to be. They emailed me 2 days later with a new proof that was EXACTLY THE SAME as the original. I replied stating this was the case and the next communication I got was saying my banner had been shipped. Mind you, I have yet to approve a proof. 4) After receiving the shipment email, I contact customer support via website chat and they were, as usual, less than helpful. I was sent 2 pictures (their proof and my example image) and was told they were exactly the same... when they were clearly different. (Thank goodness these people don't run the art department). I was then brushed off and told to call the art department directly. .. because apparently my time is less valuable than theirs and it's my responsibility to take care of their mistakes.

TERRIBLE !!! IN one day the shipping doubled , when I called in I was placed on terminal hold ... with no recourse !! BE CAREFUL WITH THEIR SHIPPING CHARGES .... RIP OFF !!!!

We just received our retractable banner not only was the zipper broke on the carrying case the we could not pull the banner out of the base, it was stuck or jammed in the base. We also ordered a vinyl banner and the words were very blurry. Spoke with a customer service representative said I need this resolved ASAP as we are going to a trade show and needed the above items. She said I would receive an email right away where I can attach photos, still waiting on the email as of yet.

I'm giving a one because your shipping is outrageous. As soon as I ordered you sent a marketing ad for free shipping. You're backwards. I ordered what I needed the first time and don't plan to make a second order. How much of that shipping are you skimming?

Ordered on 16th and it’s now the 28th and still have not received. Only got 1 email and that was on order day after I was charged more for shipping (25.00 then the price of the little 3x6 banner. Could I please have my expensive Banner now my store opens next week.

Considering that we still do not have the banner and it was ordered in plenty of time to get it by now and the price of mailing was absurd I would say we're not happy
