“My experience with you could not have been worse. You absolutely failed to deliver. What showed up was not what ordered. I paid more to redeliver what I wanted, and you missed my event. I had to constantly follow up and call to sort out. It should be the other way around!”

“I love your banners but boy am I aggravated. Your promos advertise for 40% off and then you double your shipping. I know because what the shipping costs should be because we order all the time. So annoying to create something and then find exorbitant fees added on. grrrrrr.”

“Terrible. You miss represent yourself that it's a quick turnaround. No where was the fact that it takes 5-7 business days to be delivered. Forget when it ships! Couldn't cancel as it was already shipped. Now I have useless banners for AFTER my event”

“Poster had deep cracks and creases. They wanted pics of damage but banner was already mounted in another location for event and made no offer for a solution or returned email correspondences. Disappointing as I have recommended this company to many community organizations and sports team. Will no longer do so.”

“Absolutely horrible. Image issue put my banner on hold. Emailed alternative image, but art department sat on it for 3 days (said I should have called to make sure they saw/did something with new image). By the time I called because I'd heard nothing the shipping charge would have been $70 to get the banner before my event. Cancelled order.”

“This experience was a complete fail. After uploading my design the only proof I got was an image of the design I submitted in a small image. There literally was no proofing information telling me my JPEG would be distorted on your system and the banner would come out with a 28 DPI graphic. It appears from the time I paid until it was packaged no one bothered to check on the quality of the print. Or maybe the monetary value of the piece was below any QA inspection threshold at your facility.”

“Ordered a banner 2 weeks ago and called in and said it was just shipping today and that the banner was on hold for 1 week!! Needed the banner this Friday and now I ended up paying $70 shipping with another company just to get it in time! Defeats the purpose of me ordering ahead of time. They deserve zero stars!”

“The banners for our production haven’t arrived and we ordered them months ago. The banners were printed with a HUGE mistake. I have no idea how it could have gone through several departments AND shipping that way. The mistake was clearly the company's fault, and the customer service rep I contacted was nice, explained that it was obviously their mistake and that they would reprint and send it out asap. We’ve made multiple request to pay for the expedited shipping. In a community like ours this is a major advertising method, and this has been a disaster for our small non-profit. After being told them would arrive yesterday and planning a crew for today, then having to reschedule the crew for FRIDAY because it's showing up two days later was extremely counterproductive. The banners will be up less than a week before the show starts if they arrive at all, and I have to drop everything else to go hang them at the last minute. This used to be a decent company, but there must have been a change in management or ??? because it's terrible now. We will be ordering from a local company that costs quite a bit more but is totally reliable.”
