When my order came in, They sent me the wrong banner. You somehow got my order mixed up with another person's order. My daughter called the customer service regarding this issue and she said she spoke to a lady name Dee who told her that you guys were going to get my banner printed out again and send it out right away. Its already been a week and I still have not received my order! My daughter called the customer service again and spoke with a guy name Eric and he told her that they are still in the process of printing out my banner. He told her that I will be getting another confirmation however we haven't got any confirmation on the first call. and I still have not received a confirmation email on the second call. We also emailed the customer service hasn't reply.

I am very unhappy with the poor quality.the edges were trimmed wavy and uneven. The length was little short so the letters appear too close to the edge. The banner was crushed at many spots. Not rolled tightly. Not placed in tube. Just folded and put in a box for shipment. No response to my complaint.

My order was not printed until five days after I ordered it. It arrived a day later than the last possible arrival date I was given at ordering which made the product worthless to me. I had to find a local source to produce the banner on short notice in order to have it in time and the price ended up being almost the same with a lot less stress and much quicker production.

It was very easy to design my banner but I was so disappointed in the shipping cost. $13.60 to shop a banner. In a world with everyone fighting over customers sales that shipping is almost $14.00. For the reason this is going to be my only banner I order from your company.

I placed an order for a custom banner (x3) This was for our soccer league to advertise and honor our league sponsors. We ordered on 8/31 with an estimated delivery date of 9/11. The start of our season is 9/16. On 9/5 they emailed us saying that one of our logo images was not of high quality and to call them. I called the same day, and right when I emailed them another logo, the call disconnected. I emailed them back to confirm they got the image and to let me know if they needed anything else. On 9/9 (4 days later) we get another email requesting a higher resolution image again saying they did not receive the one I sent. I called again, and again in the middle of the conversation the call was dropped. I had to call yet again to confirm that they print the banners. Now we risk not having them in time for the start of the games, and will have dissapointed sponsors. They are very disorganized.

I was told someone from the art department would call me to help me. I have not received a call and every time I call you I get put on hold for a long time. I am making 10 or more banners and really am unhappy.

The Banner looked good at first but there were brown smudges near the picture and I paid extra for grommet holes and there were only 3 grommet holes and of course it was missing at the top of the banner where it was the most important. We cut a hole and it looked bad but we had no choice. I took pictures of the missing grommet (before we cut a hole) and the entire banner. I have bought 3 banners from you in the past and this was the first time I have been disappointed.

Very confusing marketing and customer service. After starting my design order for a 2 X 10 banner for my granddaughter's birthday, I received another promotion offer from you for 45% off my transaction. I never received the 45% off and the order was missing the 4 pack of Clear Tabs to hang the banner. After contacting you several times, I was assured that I would receive an adjustment to my purchase and credited back to my credit card that I had used. I still have not received the discount or the adjustment. Mistakenly thinking that you had corrected the problem during all this, I told my son (Brandon Wilgus) that the banner I got was of good quality and you were easy to work with and that he should open an account and order another banner for his son's birthday in September (which he did). You have a good product, however, your terrible service and follow-through will keep me from doing any future business or recommending you to anyone else.

Use of the website is okay but the banner was sent to me covered with obvious errors. It took forever to get it corrected and then was supposed to have been sent out but I still don't have it and it has been over a month since I first placed the order.

Nice banner but due to the lack of communication between their team and me, the banner was delayed and I didn't get the banner in time for my event so I threw away $70.

I ordered a banner early in August, got an email saying it shipped 8/13, called around the 23rd and was told it never shipped. I asked if I could have it re-printed and get it by this coming weekend. "Of course" I was told. My high school reunion is this weekend and now I find out I won't be getting the banner until 3 days later. I should have stuck with Vista Print. Apparently, customer satisfaction is not a high priority.

Designing was easy, ordering was easy. Never received it. Called and they checked. UPS lost it they said. Gave me a refund. Have reordered and havent even heard that my banner has been shipped! Hope i get it in time for our event!

Three banners were ordered for a trade show and only 2 were delivered. When contacted, Banners on the Cheap told us we would have the banner overnight and then the next day said they would not honor their commitment. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for, Cheap can be Beat.

I ordered a two sided cloth banner, paid over $100. The Banner will not hang correctly. It was made incorrectly.The top and bottom measure 67" and the middle 70". It wrinkles in the middle. It was to be 3' x 6'. I have contacted the company for a new one, agreed to return the product so they can see the problem. I have now had two emails wanting more info. I sent pictures, last night I had to take pictures with the tape measure on it. They wanted a picture of the box it came in. They don't know how the product is shipped. It was shipped in an large envelope I advised them. This was not a shipping issues, it is a manufacturing issue. They keep stalling on replacing the product or refunding me. I believe this product is not made in house but farmed out elsewhere based on the emails so far.

To create a verticle banner with verticle lettering I had to add the words letter by letter and then try to align them. I had to create 3 banners this way. Your online competitors have this capability along with grid lines to assist in the alignment. It took me 2 days to get these completed on your website. I should have paid extra and saved 1-1/2 days of my time. Extremely frustrating!
