“Second time I’ve ordered from this company. Second time there was a problem with shipping. There was no banner at my event. What’s your purpose?”

“Very unhappy about shipping costs that could have reduced by 66% if sent in one box, not three. Also, was told banners were hemmed but mine arrived "unfinished." This was not the answer I was given when I was ordering and chatting with them.”

“My image was fuzzy and was pointed out by your sales advocate. I had asked can it be touched up Well I can't use it. I know you worked with what I gave you - but the fuzzyness should have been rejected and done.”

“Banner was not what we wanted”

“My banners came without grommets and this was a banner for a very important event we were hosting on Saturday. I paid almost $100 extra for 2 day shipping. When I called for help, all I was offered was a reprint with grommets and half off another $100 for 2 day shipping. We have continually had issues with the quality of your banners and this was one last ditch effort to keep you guys as a vendor. We will not be ordering anymore from you. The quality is just not there. I guess your name says it all. You get what you pay for.”

“The design part was okay; however there are not as many templates or design features as Vistaprint. I ordered from here because the price was better and the shipping was guaranteed for the day before I needed it. It did not arrive until 4 days after the arrival date given because it didn't ship out until the day before it was scheduled to arrive.”

“I called BotC for assistance. Female said if I placed the order I would immediately receive an email requesting my approval for artwork. I asked for design help prior to placing my order. She said I would receive a call back in 30 minutes when the art department arrived to work because she could not help me. They never called. I went ahead and placed the order and did receive confirmation of order - but not an art approval email...and I'm still waiting upon the callback. She could not answer any questions (like delivery estimate, types of backdrop holders, etc.). I am hoping and praying that the delivery date is accurate and also that someone checks my artwork and sends me a preview? Maybe I'll get that call back one day so I can ask all of my questions? Can't remember her name? Courtney, perhaps?”

“The box was completely flattened which caused permanent creases in the banner. The pixels were obviously not enough for a clear print either and would have been nice had someone contacted me to tell me it was going to be blurry so I could hav fixed that before it printed. Overall, the colors are dull and it lacks any pop that we thought we were gonna see from it.”

“Awful cheap production. Pixelated and wrong coloring due to cheap printers and cost cutting. Have reached out to support team three times and NO RESPONSE. NEVER BUYING HERE AGAIN AND GOING TO TELL EVERYONE I CAN TO GO ELSEWHERE!!!”

“color was wrong and they would not send me a new banner without paying for shipping so I was stuck with a maroon instead of red banner and there was also a white trim on it that I didn't ask for.”

“Horrible!!! How do you make a banner that can extend to a certain height but not make a pole that can extend the furthest extent of the banner. I shouldn't have to do pole alterations”
