“BANNER WAS WRONG AND THEY REFUSED TO REPLACE FOR FREE. I HAVE ORDERED 4 BANNERS IN THE PAST AND ONLY ONE WAS WRONG. I WILL GO ELSEWHERE FOR MY BANNERS. CHECK THE WEDSITE, THEY SWITCH OPTIONS AND MAKE IT HARD TO PLACE AN ORDER, ALSO, THEIR PRICES CHANGE DAILY AND YOU WILL PROBABLY PAY MORE THAN YOU DID BEFORE FOR THE SAME PRODUCT.”

“The retractable banner is very low quality. The image is blurry and the base came dented and the end caps keep falling off. Bottom line, I will not use this piece of junk as we run a high quality business and this monstrosity cheapens it.”

“Had to cancel my order because they delayed it. Nothing in the email says they don’t read emails for two days and that my order would be delayed. I wasn’t paying $130 to expedite my shipping for their mistake. I cancelled and ordered through another company for cheaper and got my banners when I needed them! Maybe next time you’ll communicate with your customers and not argue with them and lose your business. We would have continued to order through your company but we will no longer.”

“If I could give it zero stars I would! I paid more for shipping than for the banner & the banner is completely unusable! It’s nothing like the proof preview & I wasted $45!! Bad experience”

“Banner arrived WITHOUT grommets, which I ordered. Now I have a banner I cannot hang, and must incur additional expense to make useful. Banner printed properly otherwise.”

“The amount of money this company charges for shipping is ludicrous! The refused to use my UPS account, that would cost me $12 for shipping. Instead, they charged me over $50 for a 10 pound box via UPS ground.”

“The online experience was fine but I was very disappointed with the final product. My logo was extremely pixelated and I didn’t get a warning or anything about that when I uploaded it for the design. I should have gotten a heads up. It also kept blowing over at the event. It wasn’t sturdy enough to stay up and it wasn’t even that windy.”

“I received the wrong banner- completely wrong. Wrong size, wrong words, wrong everything. In fact, I received someone else’s banner. When I called to try and expend another one, they said it wouldn’t be done in time and if I wanted a refund. I said yes, but have yet to receive any proof that a refund is in process- no email, no call, nothing. I’m sure it’s a fine product- other people I know have had better experiences. I’m just floored that I received someone else’s banner - I feel there should be protocols where an order is triple checked before being shipped.”
