“I was told via web chat that I could reorder my banner, only paying the shipping costs. When I got ready to do that, the second person, this time on the phone told me no, that wasn't so. Disappointing.”

“cheap fuzzy cant read the banner. Terrible product no follow up. Was told when called to complain that orders are not checked for quality as that would cost too much to do. Would never order again! Customer service person truly awful, basically said it was my fault the sign was unreadable”

“the shipping was 5 bucks and change when I did my first design today and when I didn't the 2nd one, same size and requests as the 1st one that I did not use, but the shipping on 2nd design was 14 bucks and change. 9.00 higher! I have never used your company and was very disappointed in this increased, very high shipping rate. I hope the quality is as good as Vistaprints as your "Banners on the Cheap" motto turned out to be the same price as Vistaprints.”

I'm so sorry the shipping was a bit more than expected! We have different promotional offers running at the same time. Some promotional offers will offer a discounted flat-rate shipping while others will not have that same offer. I have issued a refund of $9.00 as a courtesy. If the banner you receive today is satisfactory it would be very much appreciated if you could revisit this review.

“The shipping cost was almost the same price as the banner price. This information was not provided until after I paid for it on PayPal. That's not the way to do business. I won't recommend you guys.”

“YOUR SITE IS EXTREMELY HARD TO USE. A LOT OF US ARE NOT GEEKS! TELL ME WHAT TO DO AND NOT DISAPPEAR ALL THE TIME. IT TOOK ME 3 DAYS TO GET THIS BANNER ORDERED.”

“Clumsy design site. Lack of options for more grommets produced an inferior result. I ordered two banners, both arrived later than promised. One was correct, the other had four large gray squares in it that were NOT in my design.”
