"I have been very distressed as I have seen money taken from my account on a regular basis. From barclays and from a third party. Barclays charged me interest by mistake and have not paid me back from the money they have taken out of my account. Which is classed as fraud. Can some please help me reclaim the money that was taken by these horrible and unreasonable people who do not value there customers."

"Bye, bye Barclays. Barclays have been unable to send me a PIN sentry card now for 6 weeks. After the first request for a card & their confirmation email, nothing after 5 weeks. On the 2nd call, they said they'd send a new one but no confirmation email. After a week and another call, again they'd said they send it but still no confirmation email. 90 minutes wait on hold. Bye, bye Barclays."

"Made a payment into my current account mid March\u2026 it is now the first week of April and money is nowhere to be found. Made the necessary phone calls and was told the money would be available in a few days. Called today and was in the queue for an hour just to be referred to the chat service that advised to call\u2026 after they were unable to find the transaction when the previous advisors could. no one knows and want to be made accountable for this mess and I have been in the queue for 2 hrs and still haven\u2019t been served which has now been disconnected. Been banking with Barclays for 15+ years but will be moving away from them as the quality of their service deteriorated for the last 6 months. The app has also gone downhill with constant error messages, stay away from this lot, go bank elsewhere!"

"I've had a case with Barclays for nearly 4 months! I booked and paid for a hire car (from Goldcar in Nice\/France). Nothing there when I arrived on time. They charged me nearly \u00a3500 for a smaller car which was the only one they had. Goldcar simply don't reply (once - but meaningless) and Barclays were lied to (Goldcar said we were late - when we were on time). Barclays have written to us saying 'the case is closed as we were late' but we were not late. And we've paid twice for a car we didn't even want. It should be a simple refund. That's all I'm asking."

"I tried using the Barclays app,due to the fact no one answers the phone!\r\nI ended up going round in circles,talking to an A.I robot and ended up telling it to f##k off!!!\r\nI ended up going in to my local branch.....moral of the story...Don't use modern technology to replace staff!!!you WILL lose customers"
