“What a joy, yes I'm talking about going to the bank. I had an occasion recently to visit the Kingston upon Thames branch and was greeted by a very polite member of staff. I asked her question and she led us to the counter to expedite our request.
She was very efficient and wasted no time in concluding our business.
Her name is Sehvish and was a such a pleasure to meet. What a contrast
to our usual interaction with Barclays and in my opinion is a credit to Barclays Bank. Barclays should employ more people like her who have manners and a pleasing personality. Thank you again Sehvish.”
