I rang the mobile banking helpline once I managed to speak to a real person (Margaret) she was outstanding. She took me through step by step exactly what I needed to do and explained exactly where I had gone wrong with my previous 12 attempts!!. She was friendly, helpful and very patient. Thank you Margaret!!

I’m sharing my experience with Barclays bank, for me based with my experience they are the best bank I ever had , i like the fact that the app on my phone sends me notification if theres money going out or coming in so it gives me notification, when I was scammed online barclays managed to get my money back , although have to wait a couple of weeks but at least they have helped me to get my money. so for me its a really good bank that i can highly recommend.

I phoned Barclays as I had a direct debit cam out my account but I didnt get paid until the following day,so I would of ended up with bank charges but I contacted Barclays through my app which was very easy,I spoke to someone called Derek who was extremely helpful,he put money into my account to cover it and he then said I didnt have to pay the money back..I cant thank Barclays and Derek enough...highly recommended

Iv recently been scammed and I was so upset. The help and support I got at the Woking branch was absolutely amazing.Advisor Tom helped me through the process of reporting going through what I needed to do.I was taken into a office so could talk privately. I was waiting for an advisor for abit over the phone but the help I recieved.One of the bank team members Jess even stayed over her working hours to help me.Thank you guys so much for this I appreciated it so much after this awful fraud it’s nice to know there’s good people in this world.

Michelle was very helpful, professional, patient yesterday with my banking issues. I had called for one problem but she went above and beyond to try and help me with another ongoing issue. Certainly amazing.

Never had any issues with Barclays at all and when I had a fraud they rectified this immediately!

I had problem in my account they block business account whn is called its took an hour but KYE he is the best He solve my problem within few minutes ill give him 5 thank u Kye

I spent hours on the phone to report fraudulent activity on my PayPal account terrible service from PayPal my accounts exceeded my overdraft limit I spoke to a customer service person named Tom on the 4 th of November he was polite and courteous and helpful bringing my stress levels right down What a nice person he was many thanks

I spoke with a lovely gentleman by the name of Jay Bahgvaker and reassured me that I was safe with Barclays but the way how he helped me is beyond words and I mean beyond words I cannot explain how safe I feel banking with Barclays bank my name is Mark Owen I work for Kings College of London I’m home owner Worked all my life Barclays have helped me from being scammed

David Redstone Premier Manager Barclays UK provided an exceptional service in helping me when it would have been easier to say go and speak to HSBC who I bank with on my personal account. He went over and beyond what I could have hoped for by taking ownership and doing everything necessary to help me and keep me updated at all times. He has done everything needed to make sure he helped customers like me during a difficult time. I can not thank him enough for all his hard work and commitment. A truly exceptional hard working individual.

Due to the current health situation,I wanted my sister's name Put onto my account details. We were assisted by hamesh At the sidcup branch of Barclay's. He was very helpful and courteous. He talked us through it all and gave appropriate material to take home and read. An asset to Barclay's...a really nice chap!

Undoubtedly the best banking and customer services in the UK. Underrated and deserves a far better reputation. Never had an issue with this bank whatsoever to the opposite of all the other banks I have used through the years, where problems occur constantly. The application is also very easy to use and provides an excellent customer experience. I couldn't imagine anything that could disappoint me with this bank and it's services. S+

Luke Henshall, of Plymouth branch was exceptional, he found me stood in a queue, he basically simplyfied everything and I left understanding all I needed to know. If all your staff have this attitude this is the bank to be with. Thankyou Mrs kempthorne

On visiting Barclays Bank today at High Street Ayr my brother and I were dealt with a very professional and courteous advisor called Mellisa. She sorted out our business with ease and knowledge. Mr brother has bank with Barclays for at least 50 years. Never had any problems. We are currently in the process of transferring from another bank extra business to Barclays. Please tell Mellisa how grateful we are. Happy Barclays customer

Received letter from Barclays Leicester 14.5.19 re money paid into my account by mistake (and taken out before I had even noticed!) only small amount, however I had to contact bank on receipt of letter to verify and I dealt with the most loveliest mannered girl who took me through all my details, no waiting, all cleared up with no further action needed. We are all ready to complain but this time well done Barclays on employing Jess who told me she was only 18, well, well done Jess! Made my day!

By far the best bank to be with. They are always making customer's experiences better, improving their app especially with the contactless pay with the phone (saved me so many times!). Too much good things to say. I shall never leave them (if it doesn't get worse!)
