“Pricing is good. I was not given dates of cremation or date of delivery of ashes. I had to ask rather than being updated. But even when I asked I got vague answers. eg Thursday or Friday but it turned out to be Friday of the following week. Bare could have been more proactive. It put me in a bad situation having to tell relatives dates that didnt happen.”

“We were blown away with this service. The level of professionalism, sensitivity and care was outstanding. Jason was just brilliant and the other staff who emailed us along the way were also fantastic. The amount of follow ups Jason did really gave us such a sense of confidence and comfort. The process from my first call to the last email regarding payment and BDM certificate info lead to an extraordinary customer experience for the whole journey. “I have nothing but praise for the services of Bare. The consultants were extremely considerate and mindful of the heart wrenching situation we were in; prior to my mothers passing and after. My mother passed away at home south of Adelaide and my siblings and I were given precious time to sit with her and say our goodbyes before she was collected hours later at our request. I was continually kept updated about the status of her cremation and associated paperwork. I just wish they serviced the Northern Territory. Highly recommend Bare Cremation.”
