“It’s a risk to put your recently dead relative into the hands of a company that you have only heard of by chance. The original decision to go with Bare was because it offered the service we wanted (cremation no service) at $1399, not $5400 which was the quote from Alfred James. So we crossed our fingers. The original contact with Bec was very positive, and remained so throughout the process. She was compassionate without being gushy, efficient and most importantly the communication was excellent. Everything that was promised was delivered, such as the recovery of Mum’s body from the residential care home. We were kept up to date with what was going on and when. The system for dealing with the paperwork is great (one form, not four), Bec communicated with and followed up the GP who was a bit slow to get things done, and then at the end we had Mum back beautifully packaged and ready for the memorial service. It was a very nice touch to send a hand written card at the end. We were very impressed, such that we have now engaged Bare to manage my brother’s in law cremation.”
“Well I started off with a prepaid plan for myself. I was so happy with the support I took one out for my 26 yo son. Then my 73 yo friend did the same. I have had multiple feeling with staff as we started to look at doing our wills with Bare I’ve been amazed how helpful Yajaira has been through the whole process even after multiple calls and email till I got it how I wanted it.
