“I think you should not include cleaning windows in you service because you don’t have any idea how to clean them. My windows are more dirty now than before. I need you to refund me the amount I paid for cleaning the windows.”

“Contacted several mobile dog groomers in my zip code ..was getting calls from different states .this only after giving alot of personal ingormation in afdition the ones in my area wanted $250-275 to groom my husky rediculous!! Having it done by PetSmart for $90 !!!”
