“I booked my flight to Sydney and filled out a form to get assistance at the airports and requested an aisle seat. I didn’t get either. What was the point of completing a form when it was not actioned either on the outward or return journeys. I managed to get assistance but not thanks to Barrhead Travel”

“Had an appointment with Deborah from Dunfermline branch. She couldn't have been more helpful went through endless searches to find best deals and suitability for what we wanted. Which bye the way wasn't easy! Very impressed didn't rush us would highly recommend her for future customers.”

“Absolute disaster. Requested business class flights to Orlando and noticed at last minute they were Premier economy. We were away over Christmas during which time an email was sent from BHT notifying us that our tickets had been posted and should be at our home. On our arrival back there were no tickets. Phoned BHT Aberdeen and they confirmed the courier had not delivered to their office on the previous Friday. Absolutely no chance they could have been posted to our house. Lisa in BHT Aberdeen offered to post them out on 31st January but we decided this was probably inadviseable given the time of year. We collected the tickets but at our cost did not check the travel class. Phoned BHT day before travel but no way to change the travel class. My wife has a back problem and struggles on long haul flights. Very very disappointed with BHT and will most definitely never use them again. Bill Aberdeen”

“I booked with barrhead travel this year the holiday was good no complaints but my holiday was cheaper on the net with thomas cook will be doing that next time”

“We object to £1 fee when paying. It seems petty when spending a large sum with you. Tickets incorrectly addressed, copies had to be sent - inefficient service. Staff knowledgeable about Canada and Alaska cruise.”
