“My parcel arrived safely and I was kept updated at every step. Unfortunately the shoes were too small. Size 9 (43) is what I ordered. I received Size 39. I am having problems, passed around to various departments through trying to return the goods.”

“I'm afraid these may be my last BASE shoes... having stuck with their brogues for the last 10 years, and at least a dozen pairs, something has changed in the shape and cut of the shoe that now makes them so uncomfortable that I simply can't wear them. A real pity as they do offer exceptional value.”

“Size 7 Atkinson boot is significantly smaller than the 3 other pair of size 7 Base London boots I have. Returned and replacement size 8 now not available, so was given a refund.”
