“So glad they can send well wishes to my loved one. I live in the States and shipping is very expensive ordering through them I was able to give a nicer gift.”

“I ordered two gift baskets for my sisters back home in Dublin and the whole process was easy and smooth. Communication was good all the way through and the items in the baskets were very well chosen. I will definitely use them again next time.”

“We usually use a well known large company for Hamper deliveries. On December 22nd we needed multiple hampers sent out for Christmas and the promise of delivery by Christmas appealed to us. (Although I was sceptical) Half were delivered the morning after we ordered, the other half on Christmas eve. Very impressed- will use again!”

“While I have previously had great experience with your company, my recent order was a mess. I placed the order but then my boss decided to go a different route. I connected with the online chat and was told to respond to the order confirmation that I needed to cancel the order. I did that...3 times. I tried to call but no one answered the phone. I kept getting notices that the order was going to be delivered...and again I tried contacting you to cancel the order. No one responded. When the order was delivered, finally someone contacted me and said it was too hard to cancel an order. They were rude and tried getting us to pay 1/2 of the cost. I said no and they responded back with a very rude response. They pushed the charge through on my boss's credit card.”

“Courier did not deliver parcel to the address specified, provided no evidence of having tried and tracking was not adequate. We eventually tracked it to their depot but very unsatisfactory for perishable goods.”
