“While I have previously had great experience with your company, my recent order was a mess. I placed the order but then my boss decided to go a different route. I connected with the online chat and was told to respond to the order confirmation that I needed to cancel the order. I did that...3 times. I tried to call but no one answered the phone. I kept getting notices that the order was going to be delivered...and again I tried contacting you to cancel the order. No one responded. When the order was delivered, finally someone contacted me and said it was too hard to cancel an order. They were rude and tried getting us to pay 1/2 of the cost. I said no and they responded back with a very rude response. They pushed the charge through on my boss's credit card.”

“Ciséain Go Leor Ltd went out of their way to help me when there was a problem with my banking info, they even went so far as to phone me in Canada to figure out the issue. My family in Ireland is always amazed at the wonderful items in their Christmas gift basket!”

“It isn't easy to buy a Christmas present for family members who live 3000 miles away, in a different country and with a different currency. But Ciseain Go Leor made it simple for me to pamper my brothers in Cork with a hamper of delectable treats. Thank you, Ciseain Go Leor!”

“Courier did not deliver parcel to the address specified, provided no evidence of having tried and tracking was not adequate. We eventually tracked it to their depot but very unsatisfactory for perishable goods.”

“Excellent product. Some difficulty with payment which was eventually resolved. The website is a bit clunky when it comes to ordering, especially, if doing multiple orders.”

“Even though there was a significant rise in prices from last year to this year, the quality of the contents was very high and the recipients were very happy. Hopefully we can keep costs where they are!”
