“I live in the USA and sent a sympathy basket to a dear friend and family in Ireland. It was nice to see the actual list of products that were in the basket as I looked at several websites which we’e very expensive for much smaller baskets. My friend said the basket was just beautiful. Delivery was as promised.”

“Only 3 of 5 hamper recipients confirmed receipt of hampers so we can only hope the drivers called the provided phone numbers and to ensure the correct house. Of the 3, they were happy with the hampers/boxes of goodies.”

“I have used Irish Gourmet on two different occasions both were for work. We had a special request for one of them as one of our colleagues is very particular about what he likes. There was no problem with adding extra items even though we were not able to see them in any other hamper on the website. Customer Service Team is very friendly and helpful. Hamper was delivered in timely manner and it was nicely wrapped. Highly recommend it and will definitely use it again. Thank you so much.”

“We were very happy with the service, we ordered a lovely basket for a special birthday celebration and wanted it sent within Europe. It arrived exactly on time and we were kept fully updated about delivery etc. We also requested additional items to be added to the basket and this was arranged easily, at a reasonable additional price. Our daughter absolutely loved the basket, we would highly recommend and we hope to use again in the future!”

“I thought the box presentation was disappointing and looked a bit cheap. Contents were good quality but I specifically asked that apple juice replace the non- alcoholic ginger beer but this was not done. Also the courier company never confirmed that ' Your package has now been delivered to its destination ( in my case a hotel). So overall I rate it acceptable but definitely doesn't have the WOW factor of a traditional hamper.”
