“The ordering process was easy, I am in the US ordering a present for my parents back home and I had no issues. Communication was excellent, I missed writing a message for the gift card and someone emailed me the next day to check if I wanted to add a message. Overall I was very satisfied, thank you!”

“Products were very satisfactory, as reported by the recipient (I didn't get to try them myself). There was a minor issue with arrangement of delivery to Spain, but Customer Service was very good in assisting to reorganise delivery address. Unfortunately, despite also requesting a change of delivery date, this was not successfully implemented. Overall, a very good experience.”

“Very poor customer service. Cant say whether the hamper was nice, as it was never delivered. Handed to the wrong person. The company going back and forth to me and DPD with no clear answers amd noone takes reponsobility. Never again!yslef and colleagues who wanted to gift our sick friend are extremely disappointed with the whole experience.”

Hi Marta, I am sorry that your friend did not receive the delivery. As you are aware the driver's scanner is showing that delivery was signed for by his next door neighbour, but unfortunately the neighbour has said that he refused it and handed it back to the driver. We are trying our best to rectify this unfortunate circumstance, but our concern would be that a new delivery would result in the same scenario. Thank you for your patience.
