“I sent a hamper to my mother, who is living alone and in lockdown, just as an impromptu treat as a change from the usual flowers. She was so delighted with it! It wasn't terribly cheap but for the joy it brought her it was worth it.”

“I ordered from Canada and had it delivered in Ireland. Every step was so easy, professional and personal at the same time, which is hard to do. The quality of everything in the basket was top-notch. “My Mom absolutely loved her hamper, she is still enjoying it weeks after Mother's day. The rose plant had loads of buds and put a smile on her face. Would definitely recommend a hamper for any occasion”

“Ordered a gift basket 4 weeks in advance of the delivery date. Basket was organised to be delivered to a wedding venue as a wedding day gift for friends as due to restrictions we could not attend. By 3pm the chosen delivery day I had not received a confirmation of delivery email. So I started to phone and email the company. It was 6pm before I received a response from them. This was after chatting to someone online who "did not have access to confirm delivery" and I was told "IF my order was delivered I would receive a confirmation email shortly" I emailed every email address that was listed. And the response I received was as follows: sorry As its mothers day weekend we have been very busy, we are only realising now that unfortunately your hamper was not delivered. Apparently the courier broke it in transit. But I suspect it was never shipped as I could not track the delivery at any point during the day. I requested a phone call straight away but that was ignored. So 6pm on a Friday evening I was told that the gift basket organised a month prior was not delivered. Apologies were given, and a redelivery date was offered for the following Tuesday. Needless to say I was heartbroken. I found the lack of communication very unprofessional. I had to email numerous times to recieve a reply. I was the offered a refund and a hamper to be delivered as an apology. I am still waiting on my refund. I emailed 3 times asking when to expect the refund before I recieved a response on that query that simply stated "the accounts department will issue a refund and we don't know how long that will take" Mistakes happen, incidents beyond peoples control happen both I understand. But the lack of communication is unforgivable and very unprofessional. I will not be recommending this service to anyone.”

“Super service! Delivery was prompt and communication re status was timely. Gift basket was ordered on Monday night and delivered on Wednesday - right on time for Easter! Great to see a small Irish company providing such slick service to their customers. I will be ordering again!”

“I ordered an Easter gift box for my son and daughter-in-law, who live in the south of the country since we can't be together for Easter this year. They were thrilled. The package arrived beautifully wrapped and as presented in the company's advertising. It also came a few days early, only two working days after ordering. I recommend this company and will use them again.”

“Excellent service.... made my twin 4 year old grandsons very happy boys today! Wonderful Easter hamper with two of everything...perfect...especially for twins. No problems with delivery and my daughter received a call prior to receiving the hamper. Will definitely use your company again.”
