“Ordered a gift basket 4 weeks in advance of the delivery date. Basket was organised to be delivered to a wedding venue as a wedding day gift for friends as due to restrictions we could not attend. By 3pm the chosen delivery day I had not received a confirmation of delivery email. So I started to phone and email the company. It was 6pm before I received a response from them. This was after chatting to someone online who "did not have access to confirm delivery" and I was told "IF my order was delivered I would receive a confirmation email shortly" I emailed every email address that was listed. And the response I received was as follows: sorry As its mothers day weekend we have been very busy, we are only realising now that unfortunately your hamper was not delivered. Apparently the courier broke it in transit. But I suspect it was never shipped as I could not track the delivery at any point during the day. I requested a phone call straight away but that was ignored. So 6pm on a Friday evening I was told that the gift basket organised a month prior was not delivered. Apologies were given, and a redelivery date was offered for the following Tuesday. Needless to say I was heartbroken. I found the lack of communication very unprofessional. I had to email numerous times to recieve a reply. I was the offered a refund and a hamper to be delivered as an apology. I am still waiting on my refund. I emailed 3 times asking when to expect the refund before I recieved a response on that query that simply stated "the accounts department will issue a refund and we don't know how long that will take" Mistakes happen, incidents beyond peoples control happen both I understand. But the lack of communication is unforgivable and very unprofessional. I will not be recommending this service to anyone.”

“Super service! Delivery was prompt and communication re status was timely. Gift basket was ordered on Monday night and delivered on Wednesday - right on time for Easter! Great to see a small Irish company providing such slick service to their customers. I will be ordering again!”

“This hamper was a present and the recipients were delighted with its content and presentation. It was delivered within 2 days of ordering, the recipients received a call from delivery company checking their availability. Overall excellent service and reasonably priced.”

“I ordered an Easter gift box for my son and daughter-in-law, who live in the south of the country since we can't be together for Easter this year. They were thrilled. The package arrived beautifully wrapped and as presented in the company's advertising. It also came a few days early, only two working days after ordering. I recommend this company and will use them again.”

“I live in the U.S. and was very grateful to have found you. I have ordered several times for holiday gifts for my Family in Dublin and couldn’t be happier. “Ciséain Go Leor provide an amazing service - from order to delivery. Its brilliant to be able to order multiple items at a go and send to different addresses as well as having the option to schedule the delivery date. I have purchased 3 different hampers and all three have been beautifully presented and packed with goodies. I would highly recommend this product and service. NG”

“My daughter was well chuffed with her basket and flowers. Made her birthday very special as in these current times we couldn't travel to celebrate with her. “Hamper well presented. Would be good to have the option to amend small details for example all white wine of all red wine to cater for specific tastes. Cheese tastes lovely but under pressure to have them eaten as are out of date within 5 days of receiving which is unusual for cheese”

Hi Michael, Thank you very much for leaving a review. We do our utmost to include as many Irish food suppliers and products as possible, and the vast majority of our items are. However it isn't always possible, and there are also some really lovely and unusual food items available from companies outside Ireland which we think brings variety and interest to our gift baskets. Please also understand that a lot of companies have been struggling with supply due to all the issues associated with the pandemic. This, whilst demand for our online gift service has dramatically increased! We've sometimes had to find alternative suppliers to supplement what our usual suppliers have been able to provide us with. It's been a very challenging 12 months, and we are relieved that we've been able to keep our gift delivery service afloat, operational and continuing to exceed expectations.
