“The delivery was very quick and I was so delighted with the hamper. I bought the non-alcoholic hamper and it was packed - some hampers are made to look full with the padding underneath but this one genuinely had a ton of nice food that will last for ages. The basket was beautiful too. I will definitely shop with them again”

“I sent a hamper to my mother, who is living alone and in lockdown, just as an impromptu treat as a change from the usual flowers. She was so delighted with it! It wasn't terribly cheap but for the joy it brought her it was worth it.”

“Ordered a gift basket 4 weeks in advance of the delivery date. Basket was organised to be delivered to a wedding venue as a wedding day gift for friends as due to restrictions we could not attend. By 3pm the chosen delivery day I had not received a confirmation of delivery email. So I started to phone and email the company. It was 6pm before I received a response from them. This was after chatting to someone online who "did not have access to confirm delivery" and I was told "IF my order was delivered I would receive a confirmation email shortly" I emailed every email address that was listed. And the response I received was as follows: sorry As its mothers day weekend we have been very busy, we are only realising now that unfortunately your hamper was not delivered. Apparently the courier broke it in transit. But I suspect it was never shipped as I could not track the delivery at any point during the day. I requested a phone call straight away but that was ignored. So 6pm on a Friday evening I was told that the gift basket organised a month prior was not delivered. Apologies were given, and a redelivery date was offered for the following Tuesday. Needless to say I was heartbroken. I found the lack of communication very unprofessional. I had to email numerous times to recieve a reply. I was the offered a refund and a hamper to be delivered as an apology. I am still waiting on my refund. I emailed 3 times asking when to expect the refund before I recieved a response on that query that simply stated "the accounts department will issue a refund and we don't know how long that will take" Mistakes happen, incidents beyond peoples control happen both I understand. But the lack of communication is unforgivable and very unprofessional. I will not be recommending this service to anyone.”
