“We had a little issue with the fresh perishables hamper being delivered and not receiving any notification that the delivery had been made, so the hamper sat for 5 days unrefrigerated at the company reception. Ciséain Go Leor were good enough to replace the perished items free of charge, and to make changes to their notification procedure so that such instances could be avoided for their customers in the future. I think the way that they dealt with this was very honorable and decent, even if it did take several emails and phone calls before I could adequately explain the situation to someone who was able to address the situation. The feedback I received about the hamper by the recipient was 100% positive - they were very impressed with the hamper and commented on the high quality and quantity of items in the hamper - not just an ordinary hamper! I was very pleased that the hamper was well received and enjoyed, and ultimately I think this is a very good company with high-quality hampers that are sure to please. I will purchase again, and recommend this company and product to anyone looking for an upmarket hamper to send.”

“Lovely hamper delivered to my sister-in-law on time and looked fab, the only flaw was that it was missing the gift message which I included so she had no idea who it was from. Didn't take long to figure out so all good. Would definitely order from this place again, really lovely service and great selection of hampers.”

“I ordered an xmas hamper described an depicted on your website as having many beautiful ingredients for Monday 20th of December it was delivered one week too early with half the ingredients paid for and none of the ones you showed were included apart from the bottle of wine. I am extremely disappointed with your service. Due to covid issues I am unable to be in Ireland and it was meant to be a special add on to my mother's Christmas. Started to this Courier simply left the parcel on the doorstep without ringing the doorbell in the rain. I'm sure this is not the service you want for your customers.”
