“The product was amazing and can’t fault that - however the customer service was very disappointing. There was an issue with the delivery address and even though I sent a couple of emails and rang countless times, I got no answer and to this time I still have had no reply/contact/follow up. Very disappointed with that. I ended up having to pass the basket onto someone else to deliver”

“Living in Boston I was worried about problems but everything went smooth. My folk are in Galway City and everything arrived on time without any issues. The hamper was lovely and was very much enjoyed and what not. Highly recommend.”

“Hi The hampers were well received although I could not examine the contents myself. My poor review relates to your support structures. 1. Ordering process was confusing and time-consuming with no clear confirmation that I had succeeded in ordering. As a result, I inadvertently ordered 2 hampers for one of my recipients 2. There was no way to cancel this on the system 3. You were not contactable by phone or email; I made repeated efforts to phone you, left messages and emailed you twice to cancel one of the duplicate hampers. No success. This left me significantly out of pocket (about 180 Euros) 4. There was no allowance for delivery charges to the same address; I had to get 4 hampers delivered to my home (because you would not deliver to hospitals) and had to pay full delivery charges on all 4. I will not be using you again. I think to be uncontactable for a 2 week period after ordering is not acceptable. If you did not have backup, you should not have accepted my order. “The recipients of the hamper were so delighted with the appearance and contents of the hamper. My only criticism would be the delivery dates. It was delivered too early and the delivery options were confusing. I definitely would recommend.”

“I got my orders mixed up and the company were very good at reviewing and putting to right my total order. The hampers were delivered in time . As they were gifts i did not see the interiors but they were very well received. When choosing my hampers i like savoury mixed with sweet and a wine. It was difficult to find this in a small hamper under 90 euro..”
