“The hamper was a Christmas present for my daughter, son in law and grandchildren who live in Ireland, I live in the U.K. I was so pleased to find a company who allowed me to decide what went into the hamper all the others companies offered made up hampers only with items my family didn’t want/like. The choice was wide ranging and good quality and l know my family were very pleased with the contents as well as the hamper basket. The hamper was delivered on the date I chose. I have no hesitation recommending them to others.”

“My family in Mayo absolutely loved the baskets I sent! Ordering was very easy and fun. I got great communication telling me when they were sent and delivered! The prices were fair and reasonable and choices were abundant! I just love your company! I’ll be using you again!”

“I was given the option of two different Fridays for delivery. I chose to get the hamper delivered to my friend on the second Friday because the first one was the anniversary of a particular tragedy for her. I thought it would be inappropriate to send a hamper then. For some reason, it came the first week- exactly when I didn’t want it delivered. Strangely, on the second Friday, I got an email to say my hamper was ready for delivery...when it had been delivered the week before.”

“The company is unique in that they provide real hampers not the normal offerings of a lump of cheese and a lousing bottle of plonk. The variety on offer is excellent. The delivery is punctual and as a customer we were kept informed of progress and despatch. Great!!!!”

“Such a great product. And the service was incredible. I ordered from Australia and it was delivered without a hitch. And when my Family opened it they LOVED it, it looked beautiful and was filled with an amazing bounty of favourites for everyone at Christmas. Thank you very much and I would definitely recommend this service to everyone and will also use it again, in a flash, Brilliant.”

“I first tried to place an order for Ireland, N. Ireland and Scotland around December 15th and learned that all inventory was spoken for!! I emailed immediately requesting to be on a cancellation list or if new inventory became available, to get in touch me. Lo and behold, I received an email on December 20th that new inventory was available! Yay!! I placed my order Immediately, recognizing that with Covid and the massive pressures on delivery companies, my baskets wouldn’t be delivered before Christmas. Well, miracles of Christmas miracles, ALL my baskets arrived on the 23rd to rave reviews from our family members. Everyone delighted in the gorgeous, interesting and local fare. Thank you to all concerned for making this happen. I give you 10 out of 10 for delicious and interesting product and extraordinary customer service! Thank you and all the best in 2021.”

“I am writing in relation to my delivery . I never received any update on this order for the delivery . It never arrived on the day it was due to arrive. It came the next day, with no notification and was left in clear on my parents porch. My parents were both out of the house at the time and when they arrived to the house ,they found the hamper waiting for them. I left their contact number on the order so they could be contacted if they were not home. There was no attempt to contact them by phone or email . The hamper was left in clear view on their porch doorstep, Anybody could have robbed the hamper from the door step at any time. To make matters worse,My brother had also ordered a seperate hamper from your company and it was sitting in the porch along side mine. With zero notifications of attempted delivery. I understand this is the delivery companies fault and it is a busy period, however I have spent a lot of money on the hamper in good faith it was going to be delivered safely and securely. Being so close to xmas ,if something had happened to it I would not have had time or another hamper to replace it. I am just lucky they received it .The hamper was a beautiful hamper but I would not recommend anybody to order from your company if this is how it goes with deliveries. I am very dissatisfied/disappointed with my overall experience.”
