“Have used Ciséain Go Leor for years. This year the Christmas Hamper was delivered with both wine bottles smashed thanks to a careless courier. So I just emailed photos to customer service and they arranged a replacement hamper two days later on Christmas Eve. That's a good service.”

“The items are obviously over-priced, but that's a given with this sort of gift. In particular, though, the customer service is horrific. They couldn't manage to cancel an order that was placed 2 hours prior although it didn't leave the warehouse for another 10 days. The reason given was because they "didn't notice" the cancellation request. Their solution - have the recipient refuse delivery, but no refund will be given. Ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.”

“I recently ordered the great taste award bronze hamper for my Mum in UK. She’s absolutely delighted with this hamper, so many lovely food treats. She especially loved the chocolate cake!!. Cannot fault the service in any way, would highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again. Thank you so much.”

“I ordered a basket as a gift for someone and it arrived with 2 items missing. I wrote an email to you straight away in detail to try and get the problem resolved as I wanted all of the items that I had paid for (the greeting card also arrived torn in the middle as the tracking sticker was placed over it). I received one or two replies from a member of your team, pretty promptly, asking questions to which the answers had already been provided in the original email I had sent. The replies from your team suddenly just stopped and my issue has not been resolved. I have sent about 2 emails since not receiving a reply and still nothing. Although the basket was very nicely wrapped and contains some lovely Irish products, I am very disappointed that I did not receive everything I ordered and that no one could be bothered to answer my emails and try and resolve the issue. I just want to be sent the items that I ordered.”
