“This was a challenging purchase because it took a ling time for the item to arrive from BSD’ supplier. BSD kept me informed all the way through and allowed me to cancel if I wished. In the end item arrives on the deferred promised date.”

“I happened upon the Bathrooms and Showers Direct website as I am searching for a replacement wash hand basin pedestal only… with particular requirements as it’s a replacement for a cracked one! I really have to commend your online staff, particularly Afia who has tried so hard to find me what I need. Unfortunately I was unable to buy from you on this occasion but your customer service is second to none. Thank you to Afia for trying.”

“Found this company via internet as we was struggling to get parts for our loo seat. They sourced the parts from there supplier and kept me informed every step of the way as they were out of stock and managed to deliver 5 days before due date. Saved us a lot of money can’t recommend there services enough AAA+++++++”

“We were looking to replace a few items in our shower room, Bathrooms and Showers Direct had a good selection of items to choose from and we were able to find everything we needed in the store. The sales assistant Cole, was very helpful and was able to answer all our queries. Very happy with the store and service and was even able to change an item after we had initially bought it.”
