“Good website and price point. Personally my order kept getting pushed back. Recieved auto generated email updates. I fully understand supply chain issues but when you have customers breathing down your neck as to why their toilet hasn't been fixed yet a bit more of a personal touch as to the hold up would be greatly appreciated. That said I will still order from you in future.”

“Glad to be able to buy just a pedestal at a reasonable price. Delivered fairly quickly but I’m a bit disappointed with the amount of polystyrene packing. Hazardous waste if outside. So come on B&SD get your packaging sustainable.”

“Good product range and pricing. Initially disappointed when website says delivery within 10 days only to be told after you have paid they are out of stock and expected delivery 6 weeks later. Items were however delivered 2 weeks earlier than expected.”

“Had no problem ordering the item and was kept updated with communication regarding status and delivery that was coming from the manufacturer. Unfortunately the item was broken in transit but i was responded to and a refund processed very quickly. Have no issues with their service and would order from them again.”
