Close coupled toilet arrive quickly. Cistern top rim had a large chip out of it. Recommend toilet seat is rubbish.

The service received was first class. The problem due to damaged goods was resolved, however not without problems as I had to put the fitter off, who was far from pleased. I felt that I had to compensate him for the time wasted even though he managed to start another job. My job was then completed two days later. I also paid extra for a pallet delivery which I did not receive. I have not received a refund for this extra charge or an offer of a refund. I do understand and appreciate the way the company delt with the situation, however this was far from ideal. UPDATE!! Since my previous review everything has been resolved in the way of my Knight in Shining Armour by the name of BECKY. Thank you. I shall not hesitate to use your company again and recommend the company to anyone who will listen. Keep up the good work, a rarity in this day and age since the pandemic. P.S. Have I said all of the right things Auntie?? XX

Phine call answeredin a few seconds and they were very helpful in making sure i got the right replacement loo seat. An essential but separate part (why don’t duravit include ALL fittings in the pack?) was shown on the website as in stock but wasn’t. However BaSD supplied the full order within a few days. Seat now fitted and working well. Thank you

Reasonably straightforward to order except the payment. It says that if you do not have a PayPal account you can click the 'Pay by credit card' button, except there wasn't one. I abandoned the order and tried again, this time at the same 'Paypal' level it went straight to pay by credit card. Obviously a web page glitch. Delivery was next day as promised and the product was well packed. If it hadn't been for the glitch you would have got 5 stars.

Your online form has a huge issue, adding ones delivery address does not ensure that the parcel gets to client. One would expect a delivery address would be a finite instruction! Apparently you have a tick box that separately has to be ticked to action it, I did not see it. Upon completion (as I thought) the screen clears so you don't get a chance to review the page again, as I said, a delivery address is where you want it to go, if that's not the case the box would be left blank! But it had my address in it because thats was my instruction. Anyway upon receiving a email instructing me to pick it up (shock to me) I expressed my original instruction on phone to yourselves direct and had now to pay for the apparent "free" delivery. On the day of delivery, unknown to me, the parcel address had been corrupted, my door number 15 became 5. The delivery data is only found hidden below a random banner on the email from the van driver company. It took some time to find it, the email gave no clue that this information was included so was extremely lucky to find this hidden information. It had a photo of my alleged door step. We were in & no delivery had been undertaken. On surching our 70 unit estate for a door which matched the porch photo, I found my parcel, some 300 yards from our home... that ain't great!

Order and delivery time was excellent. However I am dissapointed with having to replace the part again after two years. New house was purchased in Nov 2018. Had to replace the engine in Nov 2022, and again this month Nov 2024. It is very expensive to replace the part that lasts a short period of time particularly as the shower is only used by one person.

The items arrived in good condition without unnecessary packaging amd in the time frame specified. The delivery went smoothly and they used a decent company to ship. They were good value compared to other sellers who were selling the exact same. We bought set of four bath n also one sink Grohe taps for bathrooms.

I have no complaints regarding Bathrooms and Showers Direct. However, with regards to the Aqualisa 9.5KW digital replacement unit, it needed a small modification to gain access to one of the three original fixing hole.
