“Very good communications and customer service, quality products. Unfortunately one item (a basin) was packed in a box that was just a bit too small. Although most of it was well protected, the corner of the basin touched the outside of the box, and at some point in the delivery that part of the box must have seen an impact, as the corner of the basin was cracked. Customer services responded immediately and dispatached a new basin without any quibble, and it was delivered within a few days. Things can go wrong, but in this case they were resolved well.”

“We received the shower tray and it is exactly as described, we were a bit concerned about delivery as we were promised this for 5th and it was not delivered until the 10th July. We were informed about this but it would have been better if we were informed at time of purchase.”

“Good website and price point. Personally my order kept getting pushed back. Recieved auto generated email updates. I fully understand supply chain issues but when you have customers breathing down your neck as to why their toilet hasn't been fixed yet a bit more of a personal touch as to the hold up would be greatly appreciated. That said I will still order from you in future.”

“Glad to be able to buy just a pedestal at a reasonable price. Delivered fairly quickly but I’m a bit disappointed with the amount of polystyrene packing. Hazardous waste if outside. So come on B&SD get your packaging sustainable.”

“Good product range and pricing. Initially disappointed when website says delivery within 10 days only to be told after you have paid they are out of stock and expected delivery 6 weeks later. Items were however delivered 2 weeks earlier than expected.”
