All fine but delivery day was unclear and couldn’t change it without paying extra even though I was trying to avoid a day when I would not be in. Got the text and email from DPD to tell me the time of delivery one hour before so not much notice like you get from other websites. Easy ordering but could do better on communications on delivery.

Good morning Jennifer, Thank you for your review. I am a little concerned that you were told you couldn't change the delivery unless you paid for it, as this is not something we do. If it was DPD who told you that there was a charge, I would be grateful if you could drop us an email to let me know what happened. We did advise on your order confirmation that the order would be despatched within one working day, and as your order was placed in the evening of the 23rd, we despatched it on the 24th. You are given the option with DPD to delay the delivery free of charge, or you can ask them to leave it in a safe place. You are also able to add a note to your order when you go through the checkout process to add any information about days to avoid etc. We pride ourselves on good communication and I know when we create the parcel label a message is sent to the number and email address on the order. I can see on our shipping screens that an email was sent at 07:24 on April 24th. Perhaps this went to your junk folder? I am sorry you feel we have not given adequate notice for a quick delivery. Delivery speed and tracking all good. Website easy to shop and process payment. However, Product image was incorrect and ended up ordering the wrong toilet seat and didn't realise until I'd opened the packaging.

Did ok on this order and if had been ordering o r item would have given an 5 star rating and was impressed. Unfortunately our other order has been delayed twice even though it showed in stock. Email updates have been good, but concerned whether they will really get the product or not. Hence the 3 star.

Your first delivery was apparently inadequately packaged as it arrived on many pieces-maybe fault of currier!? The replacement was promptly and impressively delivered with superior packaging. Thank you

had 2 emails from a company called fayers?? we didn't know who these people were so at first didn't want to open the email. I googled the company to find it was a plumbing bathroom supplier, so decided to read it in case it was our order from bathrooms and showers direct. . It was. We paid to have it delivered to our home address and left instructions to leave in the porch if we were out. The courier failed to follow instructions and decided to leave it at a parcel drop off shop. We then had to google where this shop was to then print off a QR code to go and pick it up. To be honest there was so much sodding about googling who was who that I don't think we will bother again.

On check out stated next day parcel, Didn't see the bit where it said out of stock wait 10+ days. I'm still without what I ordered, and you have asked for a review. Invoice after purchase and later emails explaining a delay was not a good start.

Goods arrived damaged, poorly packaged and clearly had been sent out to another customer and returned. Box which the goods were in was very tatty and distressed and appeared to have been mishandled within the warehouse. Obviously, the goods had not been inspected and repackaged on their return. Company’s quality control procedure in need of scrutiny and possible amendments. However, written complaint was handled extremely well, very speedily with an amicable resolution to my complaint. Despite the unfortunate incident I would recommend the company to prospective customers. Brian Wilson

the product is excellent however next day delivery needs a bit of improvement. took almost a week to arrive. ordered on a Friday didnt arrive till Thursday glad it wasn't anything awkward or necessary, o wait a toilet seat is? luckily the old lady could use her neighbours toilet. other than that glitch great.

Morning Simon Thank you for the review, however I am a little disappointed in the 3 stars. The order didn't leave us on the 13th as planned as there was a change to the delivery address and the information DHL had was requesting a house number. Unfortunately your response to my email was received too late to send the parcel that day. I can see the parcel was signed for on Tuesday 18th. I orders a soft close toilet seat, I installed the seat to find out that it in fact wasn’t a soft close. The dispute is still ongoing so can’t give a full review at present.

Ordered one cistern, but they failed to deliver the correct one. It seems there was a mix up with the product coding on their systems. Lucky for me they were only 15 minutes away , so I could get it rectified sooner. Overall, the customer service was great. They will try to help you if you have a genuine issue with your order. Minus two stars for getting my order wrong though. It wasn't a complicated order. But 5 stars for customer service. Also, those guys at the shop front were very helpful.

People were very friendly and professional but they didn’t carry the stock they I had ordered. 4 weeks after placing the order I was then advised there would be at least a 2 week further delay but with no guarantee that this date would be met. I therefore cancelled the order with no issues and then ordered the items I needed from a different merchant who had them in stock at the same price with the items being delivered in 48 hours.
