I ordered online & I received a message to say they didn’t have stock (1-2 weeks). I cancelled & received a full refund. Quick response to emails & quick refund at least.

Wrong item delivered. Was told item was out of stock despite website showing stock available. Had to wait for the the order and receive from supplier before sending it in to me. Resulted in a delay to job completion for customer

Morning Lee Thank you for leaving a review, feedback good or bad is always helpful. The delivery charge on the furniture you ordered is in line with most competitors and our standard large delivery. We advised you of 10 working days however you needed to unit quicker and opted to pay the additional premium delivery charge. You delivery was made 7 working days after your order. We constantly check our pricing and we are very competitive, even with our delivery charge included. We do advise on the order confirmation and product of estimated lead times and recommend that you do not book in workmen until the goods are received and inspected. That tap unit itself I have no issues with, but the shower hose that was included with it was not designed to fit the unit I purchased. The hose has a thread on the inside of the connector, but the unit requires a connector with an external thread. Therefore, the hose is useless. fortunately, our original hose did fit. This is a sloppy error from a business that should know better.

Hi Chris Thank you for the review, it is sad that you felt the need to write one without having contacted us to discuss the problem first. The shower mixer was sent to you in the exact same state we received it from Ideal Standard and the hose should have a female thread on both ends. One connects to a male thread on the tap, the other to a male thread on the head. If this is not what you have received, please can you send me a picture to demonstrate the problem and I will get a replacement hose on order for you. I look forward to hearing from you. The ordering on the net was good, the delivery was very quick and efficient but I did not receive the exact item I ordered. I ordered a replacement but I believe I received a newer version of the same item which did not fit exactly and as per fitting instructions. After a certain amount of bad language on my part, I managed to make a workable but not precise fit. It'll do, but not in the Yorkshire way!

Good Morning Christopher, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review about our service, although I have not been able to find any contact from you regarding the problems you had with fitting the seat. Without knowing the exact toilet pan you were ordering the seat for, it is impossible to confirm whether the seat you ordered is the correct one or if the design you required has changed. To the best of my knowledge, if there have been any changes to the E791701 Concept/New Studio Toilet Seat, Ideal Standard would ensure the fit was the same as the previous version. We have been stocking and selling the model you purchased for 5 years with no significant problems. If you have a photograph showing the model number on the packaging and we have sent you something different to what you ordered, then we will be more than happy to put this right for you. Hi I ordered 2 new toilet seats for my rented property. The 2 seats arrived promptly but were 2 different designs. It wasn’t a big issue as both could be fitted, but it would have been better to have 2 the same as ordered.

Good Morning Thomas I am sorry that you have received two different designs. Roca has recently changed the seat you ordered, which I believe has different but easier-to-use hinges.
