“I ordered our Roca toilet, toilet frame, taps and flush plate because the reviews were so good and I wasn’t disappointed with either the service or price. There was a stock delay but I was kept updated fully and the items arrived sooner than expected. I have more bathroom items to order and rather than look around will go straight to Bathrooms and Showers Direct as I was so pleased with the whole experience.”

“I needed to replace a Roca toilet seat. Research on the internet identified several sources each quoting varying amounts of money. The websites provided varying amounts of information regarding the "seat." Bathroom and Showers Directs website provided all the information I needed to ensure I was buying the correct seat - the part number had changed and the price was competitive. The online purchase was easy and the "seat" arrived on the date promised. Would I use them again? Without hesitation.”
