“I Irdered the wrong seat and contacted customer service who responded within 20 mins of me contacting them. They were able to help me identify the correct make of toilet and direct me to the right place to get a replacement seat. They then gave me a full refund for the wrong seat that I had ordered from them. Great service all round.”
